    • Call us at (903) 589-3510 during business hours, Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm. 
    • Report a concern 24/7 by using our automated module below. 
    • The drive-thru located at 215 E. Rusk, and the dropbox located at 1220 S. Bolton St. are open for payments.
    • For utility and payment questions and issues, please visit 215 E Rusk Street between 9am and 4pm.
    • For development services and all other issues, we are open at 1220 S. Bolton Street from 9am to 4pm.
