Councilman Robinson was born in Jacksonville. He has served as District-1 Councilman since 2003, including three-separate stints as Mayor Pro-Tem, and as acting-Mayor from 2014-2015. He is a property manager. He is active in his local church, and has been married to his wife Doris for 51-years.
