Judge Mascot graduated from Virginia Military Institute in 1969 with a BA in history, serving in the Army for two-years as a Commissioned officer and in the Army Reserves for 20 years retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Judge Mascot earned his Jurist Doctorate from UT Law in 1975, and worked for the State of Texas as a general Council retiring in 2008. He has since worked in private practice becoming City Judge in September of 2011.
Judge Connelly earned a BBA in Business Administration from Baylor University, as well as earning his Juris Doctor. He is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, and an Associate Family Law Judge for the Cherokee County Court at Law.
